Yoga For Runners Classes
Every Sunday, 7.15pm – 8.30pm, at Lymm Village Hall, Pepper Street.
Each class will be themed around a different area such as hamstrings, core, hips, upper body, balance. £6 drop-in or block book five consecutive weeks for £25.

Please try to arrive five minutes early for class, especially if it is your first time as there will be a form to fill in.
Some spare yoga mats will be available to use but it is advised to bring your own if possible, if not then bring a beach towel. You are also advised to bring a blanket and to wear layers so that you can cool down during the practice and warm up during relaxation.
